About Us
We are the Chinese American Student Association (CASA) on the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus. As a student organization, we strive to celebrate Chinese and Chinese American culture and more broadly promote diversity and understanding on campus in the hopes of fostering a more inclusive and welcoming campus community.
What We Do
CASA hosts a variety of events throughout the year - these events are wide-ranging in scope, as some are cultural celebrations, some deal with important issues facing the Chinese American community today, and some are social events just for fun.
CASA frequently collaborates with other cultural organizations on campus to engage more people and bring together students of diverse backgrounds. CASA also has a family program where participants are given sibling pairings and grouped into families, forming close bonds and friendships.
